Privacy and data handling

For saved Guided Reports, PropGain stores the account identifier from sign-in, a PropGain-owned internal user ID, saved Guided Report input assumptions, the backend-generated Guided Report result snapshot, a generated saved-report title, saved and updated timestamps, and the soft-delete state if you delete a saved report.

PropGain does not save standalone calculator inputs by default. It also does not ask for or store your Tax File Number, bank login details, bank account credentials, payment card details, lender portal details, or uploaded identity documents.

Please do not put sensitive personal information into feedback unless it is necessary for your question.

Saved reports are used to show your saved Guided Reports in My Scenarios, open a read-only saved snapshot, let you delete a saved snapshot, and help PropGain run and debug the product.

Saved reports are not automatically recalculated. Build a fresh report when you want current assumptions, rules, or interest-rate settings reflected in a new estimate.

PropGain uses privacy-friendly product analytics. Events should stay coarse: exact calculator inputs, exact report values, copied report text, and free-text feedback content should not be sent as analytics event properties.

Feedback may be collected through a form or email path. The current feedback route asks users not to include unnecessary private financial details.

Current practical services include Supabase for sign-in and saved-report database hosting, Azure App Service for the web and API application, Cloudflare for DNS and domain routing, Plausible-compatible analytics for product usage signals, and Tally plus email for feedback and contact paths.

You can delete saved reports from My Scenarios. Deleted reports no longer count toward the active saved-report limit.

Operational logs, backups, or provider-level retention may not disappear instantly, so this page does not promise immediate permanent erasure across every system.
